Burger King is a fast food restaurant chain that was founded in Jacksonville, Florida in 1953 by Matthew Burns and Keith Framer under the name InstaBurger King, when the business ran into trouble in 1954 it was bought by James McLamore and David Edgerton and renamed Burger King.The Whopper, which is one of the restaurant’s most famous food products, was introduced in 1957. Burger King has around 15,738 restaurants in 100 different countries, but almost half locations are in the United States.
